      Pros

Great people to work with. The location has very little traffic. The company will sponser several employee events and gives gifts often.

      Cons

About 90% of the financial services company are contractors. There is very little opportunity for contractors to become full time, even after several (4-5) years. Senior management are not reprimanded for their behavior and often treat employees as if they are just "filling in". The turn over is extremely high. There is a batch of 7-10 new hires every quarter. The general ideology is fire one, hire three or if two quit, hire five for the same role in hopes that one or two will stay. Many of those in management positions do not want their employees to grow. They only want the assigned tasks done and that's all. It's very easy to get "stuck" at this company and stay because of the popularity of the brand but the opportunity here is not as great as other companies. Not to mention the culture is one that belittles their employees and does not give appreciation or recognition.

      Pros

Great People, Culture, Benefits, Facility, Product, and the city of Atlanta isn't bad.

      Cons

Traffic. But more than anything else they don't value their entry-level employees and typically try to keep them as interns for as long as physically possible before offering them a full-time and reasonably paid position. If you are able to earn your keep it's great, but the insane duration of some internships:1 year or in some cases more, without any guarantee of subsequent employment is a pretty bleak prospect.

      Pros

Great people if you work within the right department. It's a luxury brand so what's not to like about working with a high end brand.

      Cons

Some department heads are very self interested and will put themselves before other employees or the good of the company. There are a lot of groups that separate each other from other departments. Kind of clan like for some. Interns and contractors are always working as though they are full time employees yet they never get acknowledged by the company for their work. Ex: End of year high end gifts such as Bose headphones are given to all "full time employees" yet interns and contractors (who work just as hard) get a $50 gift hard. How exactly is that looking out for your employees? HR needs some serious work. Not enough background checks are done on previous employees.

      Pros

Great people to work with. Small company so you can wear many hats. Good work life balance. Plus you get to work with a fun product! Nice discount for leasing cars.

      Cons

Salary is not competitive and upward movement is pretty tough due to the size of the company. Can be political at times.
