      Pros

      Porsche offers a lot of perks. It is a fun working environment, especially for those in Marketing, as I was. Good, hardworking people, dedicated leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership is likely a bit too dedicated - work life balance suffers, so there needs to be a more robust culture change. Being a contractor at Porsche is a decent way to get your foot in the door, but know that the timing is essentially unlimited. There are people who do not receive PCNA benefits who have worked there for years because there is little recourse for adding headcount. This is really unfortunate, as being a contractor begins to feels like you're 2nd class, despite pulling the same hours and workload as everyone else.

      Pros

      Porsche is and was a very high end brand with some of the most intelligent hard working people you will ever meet. While they are lean and have the expertise to handle constant change and uncertainty it can come at a cost. The cars, the facilities, the work environment and company culture are all very good. Pre covid there is a sense of comradery that exist throughout most of the organization Looks great on any resume and the perks are pretty good A lot of opportunity to engage in the brand and with the cars (If your team allows it)

      Post Covid we learn that when the tide goes out, we can see who is skinny dipping. Work life balance can be non existent depending on your department. By letting go of 60% of the workforce in contractors and interns the people who actually do significant work in quantity suddenly get a job that is now 3 jobs in one. Although the company is flexible the work load is at a pace that will cause real stress and anxiety/ depression. Some management should not be managers. You can not have a culture of do-this and correct-this instead of promoting accomplishments and a sense of fulfillment from hard work. Some management found real difficulty in switching to remote work. When you have a company built of star employees, you do not micromanage your team. Some teams cannot engage in activities like brand ambassadors because the work load is too large or managers will not allow it

      Pros

      Great Benefit and 401k package Car program is sweet Exciting Car events where you get to drive cars and socialize with each other

      Cons

      No work life balance No room to advance, so watch you back from within Executive support lacks Training ground for (very smart and young) Germans who want your job and think they can do it better than you!

      Pros

      An incredible company with incredible products. You can drive a Porsche as part of the company car program. A lean enterprise that is wildly profitable.

      Cons

      Unfortunately a victim of its own success. PCNA does not seem to value its employees, instead, it seems to feel that employees are a commodity. Completely unreasonable about work/life balance.
