Low pay & extremely bad management
Sep 27, 2022 - Software Engineer in Cluj-NapocaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You have the opportunity to drive/be driven in Porsche cars. There's also a slight change of receiving a bonus consisting in a track day with a porsche car.
Cons
Low pay. They say people come and stay for the company's culture and passion for cars but at the end of the day it's the money that pays for food and healthcare, everything else should come as a bonus. Management looks down on the employees with a look of superiority on their faces that disgusts me so much. Also they don't care about individuals' issues. It's a horrible environement to work in and lots of people are leaving. The company turned into a train station where people come and go so very often. It doesn't take long for a newcomer to realize the toxic workplace they joined so they leave soon after.

Nov 18, 2022 - commercial export in OstravaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Some projects are interesting. - You may be lucky to see some nice stuff.
Cons
- Very low compensation for developers. - Most people is hired as E/E Development Engineer even if they are data analysts or python developer or something else. So don't be confused. - Lies during hiring. Your actual work does not match what was agreed during hiring process. You can be hired as programmer and then get some lowest tester position. They say it is just temporary and just 50% of time, but it is not. If you work on two project 50/50, they expect 100/100. - No internal training for internal tools and processes. No documentation, and if there is one (usually very poor one), it is only in German. "Flash the car, if you do it wrong we need to order new part for 40 000 EUR and project is stopt for few weeks, but we don't give you training for it and if you ask for help, we will punish you and your colleague who helped you for wasting project hours on training." - Insufficient resources to do quality work. Example: Cost of one small VM for testing seems to be huge deal. - Managers do not know wat they are doing. There are two types of managers: A) old managers who are focused only on worshipping German owners, but are disconnected from reality. B) Young guys without any training for team management who are there as they love cars and everything is standing on their shoulders. - Basically no seniors as anyone who could be senior leaves asap. - Juniors are thrown alone on big projects as there is no senior to lead or even help with it. - Structure of projects is awful. They can't decide if they are selling products or developers. So PMs are customer in the same time.
