Pros
- Training provided where needed (even if you've been employed for a long period) - Good benefits such as; vouchers, birthday gifts, parties, team meals, private healthcare, birthday off, Christmas holidays etc. - Progression routes available. - Team members are very welcoming and friendly. - Hours are good.
Cons
- Work is very repetitive. - Teams tend not to mix with other teams. - Bonuses are hard to get.
- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
They look after the staff, and care about them. They provide you with training that's needed. Understanding of childcare issues and are always available to help with any problems. Opportunities to go forward in your career path via exams. The staff are great - and lots of nice perks like team building fun days plus evening events put on. Great place to work.
Cons
Sometimes there is traffic getting off Medway City Estate when you leave the office
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Free parking. Birthday off. Christmas week off.
Cons
The training is terrible. They expect people to learn everything about pensions in 2 weeks and be confident to speak to clients. Salary is terrible for what they expect from you. They provide a poor service to clients that are after their pension and won't give answers to why their pensions are not being paid to them. You are treated poorly by very strict management and their rules. I would never recommend anyone to work for them or have their pensions with this company.
