I worked at Porter Memorial Health System part-time for more than a year

    Pros

A very clean and stable environment. The people that work there really care about the patients and coworkers. They have good benefits and reasonable salaries.

    Cons

Sometimes too much work put on one person

    Advice to Management

Hire more people to cover for work overload, vacation and medical or personal leave of absence. Don't just assume one person can handle the work load of 3 people. That's just not right!
