I worked at Portfolio Recovery (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed helping customers clear there debts as well as the bonus's and I have the best Operation manager there.

    Cons

However what makes this position so challenging is the fact that your monthly goal's sometimes seems unreasonable in this day and time so many people are struggling nowadays, although they are aware of the debts they've created they just simply may not have the monies to pay it back and when you upper management on to get almost whatever payment arrangement then that mess up you numbers when they couldn't really pay in the first place. It's all about the numbers with them.

    Advice to Management

It's really not management can do, but as a company if they would only be a little more reasonable with the collection laws and process and treat the employees like humans being and not look at them as numbers on money they can get for the company. It seems to me that Steve Fredrickson benefits the most, If all the site practice the exact thing it might a little bit better, I'm say this keeping in mind that it is a business as well
