    Pros

    Great learning experience, fast paced industry where a lot can happen in a very short period of time. The company provides great management and business experience and the coworkers, are by and large, friendly.

    Cons

    Prospect of internal growth is very, very, very limited. Even with a career management policy developed within HR, it only promotes growth if and when there are no budget constrains.

    Pros

    Transversal vision through the entire network.
    Consulting paradigm, making techno-economical evaluations for different technical solutions for the network.

    Cons

    Low salary, and even though progression opportunities may rise if you're patient enough, they may have little impact in salary.

    Advice to Management

    Extract value from the competence center that Meo has in Lisbon. Their workers are very skilled, experienced, dynamic and pro-active.

    The pay is lower what than the market pays, absolutely no schedule flexibility you have to punch the clock at precise timings...

    Great business, a dominant company in Portugal, and a lot of innovation that changed Portugal technology landscape

    Cons

    Future 100% uncertain, due to the shareholder change that is to happen, but never is.

    Advice to Management

    Please regain your power to lead, the downsides are always the place where management should lead. No the other way around.

    Stable environment with a friendly, competent and mature team. A semi-competitive salary (IT) and a good location.

    Cons

    As it happens with many big corporations, there's a lot of bureaucracy.

    Improve employee career path.
