      Pros

Flexible, Free 40h training of you're hired, Good Pay, Supportive staff/BCBAs, Tuition Assistance and Amazing co-workers, Good Reputation

      Cons

Not enough clients/hours to go around. Can only get benefits or bonuses if you consistently work a certain amount of hours per week. Which is hard to get. No guaranteed hours. Client callouts mess up your pay.

When clients cancel, which happens quite often, we do not receive any compensation. Could receive more and in depth training as a student analyst.

Hey everyone, Just needed to vent a bit about this job hunt. It's been a wild ride, to say the least. Lately, it feels like I'm sending my applications into a black hole, and I'm not alone in this, am I? Interviews seem to be the rarest gems, and job postings seem to disappear as soon as I hit 'apply.' Anyway, I'd love to hear your experiences. What's been your biggest frustration as a job seeker? How do you stay motivated in this crazy journey? Any words of wisdom or empathy to share?

      Marketing Manager

What are people’s thoughts on those personality and logic tests some companies made you do as part of the hiring process? I frankly don’t like them. I understand if the test is for people who more technical but for roles leaning more creative or ideas based - I don’t understand how patterns I’m forced to review in a short time tells them I’m worth it to get the Hiring manager round. One asked me 50 ques in 15 min. And they never tell how you did on the tests

Anyone have any stories of times where you declined an offer at one company (just because it wasn’t the exact right fit or you got another better offer at that time) and u successfully re-connect? Is that a burned bridge forever? Would they consider you for another job again?
