    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Poster Compliance Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Caring employees and real sense of family. CEO who cares. Long tenured folks who take ownership in a job well done.

    Cons

No cons when compared to other companies I have worked for. The grass is actually greener.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you have always done - Taking care of employees and watch them take care of the clients. Stay amazing!

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

PCC is close to BART and downtown.

    Cons

Communication is not well thought-out. Pay is low compared to other sales jobs. Absolutely no room for advancement. Technology is way behind, and the company is losing business because it can't (or management refuses to) keep up with competitors. Too many disorganized meetings. Ownership fosters nasty competition between sales reps.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck!
