Cons
- The CEO received a €500k bonus while employees got only €50–€400, all while layoffs were being made to save costs. - Top management seems completely disconnected from the reality employees face. - Very little transparency across the organization. - The employee survey is almost laughable: it asks whether you agree with statements like “we want to make deliveries in the best possible way” and then presents the results as if they reflect employee satisfaction. It feels more like fishing for compliments than a real feedback survey. - Too many free riders, and poor performance does not seem to be addressed properly.
