    Pros

    Team feels like family, volunteering, company cares about social issues, nice benefits, office outings (pre-covid).

    Cons

    - Can be a lack of communication between various departments - Other departments aren't better trained to do their tasks - Ideas that may help teams work together better will get shunned away - Company seems to prefer to work harder and not smarter - Lack of transparency - Lack of leadership from other departments which can make you work more - No better internal guidelines to make our product feel premium - Not user focused for partners

    Overall Postmates is a great company to work for. It provided me with amazing benefits and decent pay, and a management team that was truly cared about my well being and career success.

    Cons

    Postmates was trying to do too many things at once, with not enough staffing to do it. It made the day to day feel chaotic and disorganized.
