Zero Pros - A horrible place to work
Cons
Where to begin? This place is a revolving door. Lack of training, old systems and absent managers. The overall environment is so toxic. Pay and benefits are horrible!

It's a job
Oct 25, 2021 - Customer Service Representative (CSR) in North Billerica, MARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Benefits, discounts, friendly atmosphere, choice of shifts and days off.
Cons
Their attendance/points policy was ridiculous for the wages paid. New employees frequently made more money than long term employees. Trying to request time off was practically impossible. The up-sale and script requirements when selling to customers were very pushy and made it uncomfortable to follow at times. Also, raises were almost non-existent.

Underpaid and Not Valued
Aug 18, 2021 - Warehouse Assistant in Littleton, MARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Easy work Rules and policies are not enforced
Cons
Your input does not matter. If you are a good worker you will be rewarded by getting taken out of your regular work area to help in other departments while junior people or even brand new hires perform your job for the day. Terrible management, no one has a clue. Essentially no raises, minimum wage. Temps and new employees are offered higher wages than long time employees. Overall terrible place to work.

Pros
Generous PTO program, full benefits and 401k matching
Cons
Where to begin, management is totally out of touch with the rest of the company. The CEO retired in the middle of a global pandemic and that’s not even the worst of it. Management blatantly ignores not only what is explicitly spelled out in the employee handbook (for example claiming raises and annual reviews do not exist when it is clearly written in employee handbook after one year). Upper management has created such a toxic culture filled with blame and backlash that it encourages lower level managers to bully and extort their employees for maximum output with little hope of their hard work resulting in growth at this company. Also do not promote from with in.

Cons
None of the staff are friendly

Pros
good people that seem to care
Cons
none really, I was happy there
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Job security is high. It seems that unless you're stealing from the company, you can pretty much guarantee that you won't ever lose your job.
Cons
Pay is horrible, and you are treated by upper management as if you are expendable. There are many employees that have been there for several years who take advantage of their seniority and pretty much do whatever they want (come in late, leave early, stand around and talk all day, special privileges, etc.) and are not held accountable for their mistakes. Management turns a blind eye to problems within their departments and will not stand up for their employees.
