    Pros

Positive team spirit. Knowledgeable management. Nice people. Good benefits. Attractive work environment.

    Cons

Inconsistent hours make planning difficult. Compensation is half what it should be. Work responsibilities are dependent on customers immediate needs which makes creative work process challenging as there are constant interruptions.

Great people, but lots of work and terrible hours for little money.

    Pros

Manager and coworkers are wonderful to work with.

    Cons

Lots of work with almost no benefit. Taking time to work with clients means less money not more. It’s basically a sales job with not a lot of time to sell. I took the job to be a designer but doing well at that makes it impossible to make more money. I work every weekend from morning to night and have little time for other things.

You can earn a living but...

    Pros

Hourly rate is determined by 3% SPH, this means you can make a decent hourly rate by selling a lot-

    Cons

The pressure is extreme. You’re measured by so many different goals and metrics and they will stack the sales floor to death- if you do the math, it’s not designed for everyone to make it. High turn over is the name of the game
