Even tough I didn't have to go through the probation since I had previous experiences, but seeing those collage graduates working at pao Chen as their first job, they were treated badly especially because they were supervised by seniors who know nothing about the local culture, and were based elsewhere.

    Pros

Lots of integration projects with large amount of people to cooperate will help you gain great experience of project management.

    Cons

Organization is huge and has many factories. It's not easy to get all parties ready for integration. Lots of terms, processes, and ways of division of labor are defined separately in factories.

    Advice to Management

It's still old stories for ERP implementation. I believe that there should be more efforts in requirement phase. People taking charge of that should have some power to influence. In short, there should have roles of BA or BPM.
