    Pros

    Cons

Management - Lack of support management, no constructive feedback given or guidance for development When asking for reference, management was very personal in reference provided to potential future employers, commenting on my appearance and extremely rude. Staff often told with complete dryness from manager that they cant have reasonable day(s) off Typically expected to stay after hours unpaid Pay - Various problems with payments in the first few months (not paid for weeks & getting unnecessarily taxed) No appreciation for hard work from staff, always pointing out faults. Staff too intimidated to speak to manager Not told when holidays are available to be taken Payroll not operational / supportive Younger staff members made to work mainly weekends
