    Pros

    Good benefits, really great co-workers, salary is reasonable

    Cons

    Employees are expendable. No longer a "family" atmosphere as it once was.

    Advice to management - Take a look now an again from the "ground up", the company is performing poorly, because there is no accountability of mid-level management. Mid-level managers don't know how to do their jobs at almost every division/department, so how can the employees be expected to? Human Resources has to many "hands in the cookie jar".
