    Pros

    Big company and I wanted to work at power equipment manufacturer. It is also international and has a big history

    Cons

    Starting at 8 am, a bit far from city center (30 min drive), people are not very motivated to work hard, because they are not required to do so.

    Advice to Management

    Put interns on real projects

    Definitely the people and friendliness of everyone. Everyone goes out of their way if they don't know the answer to your question.

    Cons

    Wasn't given a whole lot of training when I started for only two days. I was a fast learner fortunately.

    Pros

    I loved working at Powell Industries. The company was full of people who were down to earth. I learned a lot from my mentors and was given the ability to input a lot as an intern. It was an opportunity that I will never forget. All the skills I learned at Powell, has given me the tools to advance in my career. I am, and will always be, forever full of pride, in the company that gave me my first stepping stone in life.

    The people are great, the industry is interesting, and executives are active and engaging.

    Cons

    No internal marketing and no brand awareness. Not enough to be done - but that means everyone is doing their job well.

    Pros

    Friendly working environment, coworkers are very supportive And management is in a favour of employees welfare and satisfaction. I worked hardly 3 months but it was a very great experience.

    According to me powell hs no cons uptill now every things arpund was very gpod amd friendly evwn when i got interviewed it was very simple ans friendly.

    You are doing great job and i wish things will not change in later years

    Pros

    working environment is very friendly and all co-workers are supportive and helpful in nature. I hardly worked 3 months there but my experience working there is very great i would to go back.

    Cons

    according to me i dint find and cons either i can say according to its one of the very great company where employees and employees needs are kept at first place i never felt that i am new there every one specially the management was very supportive

    Advice to Management

    the only advice i can give to management is that you are doing very great work do keep doing it in the former years and keep hiring more employees and working with you is a very great experience.
