    Pros

Powell tries very hard to do the right thing, whether it is benefits for their employees or looking forward to the health of the company.

    Cons

The impact of the oil & gas industry has impacted the company greatly, which impacts R&D to stay competitive and the workforce. The management team has a big job ahead of them.

    Advice to Management

Powell is not the best, like other companies, to keep their employees abreast of the health of the company.

Flexible hours; great environment; good people to work with

    Cons

No raise in salary; Going no where; they care for management and shareholders but do not care about regular employees; keep cutting benefits, laying people off

    Advice to Management

You should care about lower- and mid-level employees not just management and shareholders. I was working there for about a year and there was no potential of a raise.
