Cons

Pros
The culture is unmatched and the company as a whole prioritizes your wellbeing! You can take control of your career and build a role custom to your strengths and passions. I also love that Power Digital focuses on employee growth and development. There's an emphasis on hiring and promoting from within and many employees started as interns. You get to work on tons of cool clients across many industries so work never gets boring.
Cons
Not specific to Power Digital, but agency life can be hectic and things move very quickly.

From Intern to Full Time at Power Digital
Aug 24, 2021 - Specialist in San Diego, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Interning at PDM was such a fulfilling experience. Management truly cares about your growth and success and is always willing to help you reach your goals. I was always provided with hands-on tasks that grew my skill set rather than the typical 'busy work'. Best internship by far! The transition from intern to Full Time was seamless and although it's a team environment, you're able to work in full autonomy and let your ideas be heard. The company culture is amazing and really prioritize the mental health of its employees. Everyday is different which makes working here exciting!
Cons
Not a con but be prepared to step out of your comfort zone because this is a fast-paced working environment!

Pros
Power is such a unique company. The entire team is super smart, driven, and all-around fun to work with. I've learned more from this team and company than I have in all of my career years combined. The company is very transparent about goals, strengths, areas of opportunity, and how all of us can carve a custom path and make an impact in our own ways. Very culture and people focused. There are a lot of different exercises and processes around aligning passions and strengths to your role and ensuring there is a clear, measurable plan for success and mobility. They constantly solicit feedback on ways to improve as a company - how we serve clients, report, onboarding, culture, processes, etc which I think is awesome and shows true value and character as a company. Very clear vision and goals and how we will achieve them. Very supportive team and everyone is willing to jump in and help or answer questions or show you how to do something if you're unsure. FUN company and culture!
Cons
None - this is a standout company.
