Power Digital feels like home. From the amazing culture to the personal relationships with the leadership team, I know I will always have a shoulder to lean on. I am also constantly amazed and inspired by the drive and passion everyone has at PDM. I have learned more at Power Digital than I have during my four years in college!

Since I started working here Power Digital has treated me very kindly. This agency has great upfront potential through its excellent environment and culture. There are so many pros such as, Great environment, Free food monday through thursday, Friendy co-workers, casual outfit, ping pong table, great leadership

I have the highest level of respect for the leadership at power Digital both from a marketing perspective and how they treat their people. I worked here for several years and can 100% say that the team that they have at Power Digital are the top and most Digital marketers I have worked with in my 15 years of experience and marketing. Additionally, when I decided I needed to make a change, they were incredibly supportive and I was blown away by the love, compassion, and send-off they gave me as I switched careers. For anybody that wants to be a part of something amazing and have limitless earning and growth opportunities, this is your place!!

Cons

Only real con is that I lived in North County and their office being in Old Town was a long commute. Old Town was a great and fun place to be though!!!

Pros

I always feel supported. No task seems too great when I'm surrounded by experts who have incredible skill sets and the willingness to help wherever they can. Power Digital employees are always working hard. Even though we have ping pong tables and arcade games, the office is often silent with each team member working diligently to get things done and done well. The leadership at power digital is awesome. I have the best managers here then I've ever had in my past career. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that they trust me to do my job and give me the autonomy to get is done well. We also have catering, which is just the icing on the cake.

It's really cold in the office at times... I guess that's why we have blankets!

The culture at Power Digital is 10/10! They have so many resources and platforms in place to help keep the team happy, efficient, and supportive. I have never felt so empowered at a company. Another great thing about Power is that the management team is always available for feedback to help improve upon any aspect of the company. The transparency through the entire team is incredible and something I have never experienced anywhere else. There is so much opportunity for career growth here no matter what your position is at the moment. Working at Power, I truly feel like the possibilities are endless for myself, the team, and most importantly my family!

I do not have any specific cons to say about working at Power Digital. They truly are a dream to work for. One thing I would say is be ready to work hard because this company is fast paced and always trying to put their best foot forward for every client. Working hard isn't a con when you are doing what you love with such a supportive team!

Power Digital supports their team members better than any company I have seen. They are candid, transparent and do what they say they are going to do to support their employees. They provide an environment where employees know their ideas and input is not only heard but welcomed.

The culture at Power Digital is better than anywhere I've seen or even heard about. Employees are viewed as equals and as a team rather than individual employees based on status. The partners and account managers always recognize hard work with company-wide emails calling out when someone has done a great job. It's inspiring to see a group of people who all have common goals and are all extremely driven. There is not a single team member who would be seen as a slacker and it's impressive to see how much work gets done on a daily basis. Everyone gets their work done but still doesn't let work consume their lives. Management also encourages a great work-life balance. We get paid time off, holidays, and aren't expected to work crazy hours. Another pro is that the team isn't just a group of people who work together; everyone is also friends and hangs out outside of work. Whether it's a company-wide surf day or a night out, there is always a group of people who are hanging out from Power Digital. *Bonus: We get catered lunches two days a week every week and bonus catered lunches for special occasions. We also have a holiday party in December as well as events throughout the year outside of work with the entire team. A 'culture committee' was implemented in 2016 to organize all the events and lots of trips are in the works!

Cons

Sometimes workload gets heavy and you have to take your work home but the company has been growing so quickly that bandwidth is becoming less of an issue. Overall no complaints!

Pros

Power Digital cares deeply about the people. There's a large emphasis on maintaining culture amidst rapid growth. Not only does this foster an environment that people can learn and grow in quickly, but it also fosters wonderful friendships amongst the teams and departments. Power Digital is full of opportunities to grow for those willing and open to it. I am inspired by my peers daily and have been given more 'at bats' at Power than I would anywhere else! We are surrounded by go-getters every step of the way.

I struggle to find the cons as Power Digital truly embodies the values and qualities that I look for in a company. However, for those that tend to like a slower pace of work while focusing on only 1-2 clients at a time, you may prefer to look elsewhere. Power Digital has also recently acquired some companies, which took us from a start-up to a mid-sized company. If you are looking for a smaller sized company, Power Digital may not be the fit you're looking for.

Power Digital is truly an amazing place to work at. It's almost uncomfortable talking to people about how much I love my job because most people wouldn't describe theirs as fun or their co-workers as their friends. A lot of agencies talk a big culture gameig culture gameig culture game but when it comes down to I've never seen anything like Power Digital. There is a ton of room for collaboration and growth on the agency, departmental, and individual level. Leadership sets each team member up for success by giving them the resources and support needed to grow their skills and the business. Everyone can own projects from start to finish without the daily micromanagement that comes with many jobs. No team member is ever too busy to collaborate or weigh in on their area of expertise. Smart hiring decisions have led to a team of well-rounded, hard-working and motivated individuals that have created a cohesive and innovative environment. Benefits have become even more comprehensive and with a 401k on the way, there isn't much more you could want!

Everyone is extremely willing to go above and beyond for our clients so if you only want to do the minimum or don't adapt well to change it might not be the best fit.
