I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This job has forced me out of my comfort zone, which I am extremely thankful for. It has taught me drive, grit, and determination. The management is more than just a boss. Working at Power, you have mentors, and people who want you to succeed. The job is itself is okay, the people you work with are what make you want to come to work everyday. It’s hard to fail when you have an uplifting team and incredible training.

    Cons

Work life balance is a little tough. You just have to use time wisely, and to your advantage.

    Pros

Working at Power has been an incredible experience. All the tools for success are given to you day one and it makes this job very rewarding. The pay is great and the people who work at Power are amazing. It is very easy to advance through hard work.

    Cons

The schedule is a little unconventional from the typical 8-5 job. The schedule is still easily manageable though!

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Power only wants the best for its people. There is endless room for growth, both personally and professionally. Any person in a higher position is easily accessible and ready to help. Power encourages its workers to be the best versions of themselves. The positive energy in the office is contagious. If you’re open minded, ready to be challenged, and ready to learn, Power will be extremely beneficial. There’s also plenty of money to be made.

    Cons

If you don’t want to work hard, Power isn’t the place for you. It’s a company full of opportunity, but you have to earn your keep here. Power looks for the right kind of person to do the job; someone with grit, optimism, and integrity. If you’re negative, or if you don’t want to put in the work, it’s not the company for you.

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The best part about this job is that once you walk through the front doors at Power, you are immediately part of the family. On a daily basis you are provided with support not only from your nearest coworkers but also from top management and members of other departments. Training is very thorough and if you apply everything you learn in training you are set up for success. There are company socials, annual trip to Mexico, and different conferences that you will have the opportunity to attend! Would highly recommend this job to those that are willing to work hard to see success.

    Cons

This job takes a lot of mental strength, grit, and resiliency. Must be willing to work hard and have the desire to grow each day.

    Pros

If you get past the whole “I knock on doors or stand in a Sams club for hours on end” side of things... When you’re doing well, you’re doing real well with the commission structure they have in place. Good company who treats their employees well

    Cons

The job is not glamorous, base pay is pretty low if you don’t do well one pay period in regards to appointments & estimates. It takes way longer than you think and what they say to move into a position you actually want if it’s outside of Marketing or sales. It’s eat sleep breathe Power, culture is good but it can be a lot if you’re not into that 100%

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for less than a year

    Pros

One of the best reasons to work at power is the culture that power brings. Everyone in the office is family regardless of race, sex, background, etc. I come to the office excited to see everyone. Another reason is that everyone pushes you to be the best that you can be. You’re always learning and always improving. Power really focuses on bringing the best out of you. Also, you can always move up in the company regardless of when you start, you just have to put in the hard work. The best part is everyone is right behind you encouring you every step of the way. The earning potential is also great, the harder you work the better your paycheck is. To top it off Power also recompenses their employees at the end of the year by taking them to Cancun!!

    Cons

The hours can be tough but definitely doable and as long as you have fun doing the job the time goes by fast. The job also pushes you out of your comfort zone which at first can seem scary but you learn to overcome that thanks to all the preparation and training power puts you through.

I worked at Power Home Remodeling full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The culture within this company is far different (in a great way) from other organizations. Management is well trained, passionate and knowledgable, these approaches and attitudes inevitable trickle down. There is an endless amount of upward mobility and professional growth within Power as well. The philosophy of the company is essentially to serve their employees first, because the company understands the value of having good and loyal workers. Power not only prepares you for other professional pursuits, but also for life in general. Their approach to work is very practical and empowering. While working at Power I was constantly pushed to reach my highest potential and always supported. This company does things for their employees that most people wouldn't do for their own family members. The earning potential is unreal and from my experience it changed a lot of people's lives financially, including mine. Power is also a progressive and innovative company that always looks to do things differently than other companies. Power puts on annual conferences addressing pertinent global, national and company wide topics/issues, which is always wonderful for a resume. If invited to the conferences they always cover major costs (hotel, food, flight). One of the things I like bout Power most is that no matter where you go, you can take you job with you in most cases. Power has expanded all across the nation and allows office transfers and relocation, sometimes with monetary compensation depending on the reason for the move. Not to mention, they have great benefits!

    Cons

The hours can be rough whether sales or marketing, but as you earn your stripes and learn how to manage time ( which are skills that are taught within the organization) you get used to it. There is a lot of commitment when it comes to Power. Commitment isn't a bad thing, it just isn't for everyone. With the nature of the company and the culture, Power very easily becomes your life 7 days a week. Mainly because it is so enjoyable, but if you have a hard time being committed and don't like to be very engaged personally or professionally, Power may not be the place for you.... however it is worth a try! Every company has cons or negative aspects, but what sets Power aside from other companies is that your voice is heard. If there is something that you don't like, you can speak on it and not be uncomfortable. Change is something that is embraced within Power, especially if it can help them be a better company.
