Pros
I really enjoy working for Power. It has allowed me to flow through engagement, upward mobility, moving houses, all with flying colors and a supporting uplifting culture. Couldn’t imagine my life without Power in it.
Cons
To be honest, I wish I could put something here but Power has everything I have ever wanted and more.

Power has fantastic training programs that focus on professional development throughout your time here. They also love to hire within, so internal growth is apparent. My favorite thing is the initiatives that they have, that focus on empowering, growing and developing people.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind at the moment.

I Love This Job
May 5, 2023 - Remodeling Consultant in Denver, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This company is who they say they are. During the interview process, I was encouraged to watch PHRG’s YouTube videos. To my contentment, the culture is true to its recordings. We have multiple initiatives including Cultural Diversity, a Women’s Initiative, and support of our Veterans. When you have an entire team filled with people who are emotionally intelligent coupled with true leadership, it’s a recipe for growth and success. There is a huge difference between just having a boss, and having true leadership. At Power we have true leadership. In the 10 months I have been with this company I have been welcomed by my peers, seen a promotion, and quite frankly, have made a lot of money. Q1 I took home as much as I used to make in a year. I had a very serious health concern, and upper management has had grace with me and been very helpful and reassuring. Power hires based off of character rather than experience. If you’re personable, tenacious, fun, honest, and willing to get just a little uncomfortable in order to learn your new roles, you will flourish here just like I have.
Cons
Training can be tough, but again, people who grow and move to the next level, in any arena, know that a sacrifice is required. There is an entire team spanning several departments who willingly helped me through the learning process. Now that training is complete, my schedule allows for more time with my family than any job I’ve ever had.

Power Home Remodeling has chagned my life
May 15, 2023 - Director of Sales in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are too many pros to working for Power to list. The biggest are what i would refer to as the big three. Pay structure, personal/professional growth and culture. The pay structure is one of a kind. It is built to make sales people feel extremely comfortable working a commission only job all while having the benefit of uncapped earning potential. The pay structure sports daily, monthly quarterly and yearly bonuses that reward not just the top 1% of performers but, all those that work for it. The company has a major focus on it's people. Power truly is a people first business. All leadership is focused on YOU. Focused on servant leadership to push you towards your goals. There are clear road maps set in front of you to attain the growth and success you want in any department. As for the culture. Power is a community. A community of like minded people. Who all want to see each other succeed. My closest friends in life work here. There is no culture like what Power has created.
Cons
Some people expect for the company to do all the work for them. Power will give to you exactly what you give to it.

The different ways to make income at this place really opens up a lot of easy paths for people to set goals and make a lot. Feels like a family here. People care about each other and it goes a long way. The hours are perfect. Just enough time in the morning to get stuff done like the gym , chores, cooking, or other errands. And also just enough time to really wind down and decompress at the end of the day.
Cons
It depends on the area, but distance really kills my gas some days. although, contradicting that statement, it does make me push for that daily appointment bonus because I know I’ve made back a full tank in that sense. I have a dog though so some days when I get home at 9:00, it makes me feel like I don’t do my job as a dog owner. That’s it though, this job’s the best.

Consistently on the best places to work lists
Apr 4, 2023 - Vice President in Chester, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Power is a growing company, that prioritizes leadership development and its employees. We have a number of employee-focused initiative groups; including veterans, women and CD&I. I am proud to have joined Power not only because we are true leaders in the industry. Our people and Nitro (Power’s proprietary and innovative enterprise platform) are what set us apart from everyone else. While we are a full-service exterior home remodeler, because of our leadership, culture and people, I believe we would conquer any market we entered. We endeavor to significantly expand our footprint into new territories and grow to a $2 billion company. What inspires me the most is that we’ll never be satisfied nor finished. We will always look toward what is next on the horizon. We are always hungry and curious. Power continues to rank high on multiple “best places to work” lists for a reason. I am so proud to work for a company who cares about its employees and the communities in which we live and serve. Last week I attended a leadership conference in Houston, led by our co-CEO. It was my first conference since joining Power Home Remodeling. I was expecting that we would focus on strategic objectives and goals for the company. I was prepared, ready and excited for that. But much to my surprise the entire focus of this leadership conference was on us as a people. I quickly learned that these leadership conferences largely focus on mind, body and spirit.
Cons
Not many...the pros far outweigh the cons

Amazing and Empowering Experience
May 8, 2023 - Warranty Service Agent in Philadelphia, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Meeting & Connecting with Women and Male Allies throughout the business. - Getting to see how far we've come as a business when it comes to addressing women's issues in just a few short years. - Learning ways to support other women in the business. - Learning ways we can combat biases in the workplace. - Hearing about other women's struggles and how they've overcome them. - Child care support that will change the life of many parents. - Feeling seen and understood by leadership. - The entire event was very well organized. Shout out to our PX Team!
Cons
- I wish we'd had more breakout groups to connect and discuss. - Staying on time with schedule was a bit of a hiccup.

Power gave me purpose!
May 15, 2023 - Customer Development Representative in Houston, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Power works well with veterans and allow necessary time to handle things like family matters and with the right communication personal matters! The support that I have received since starting in this company has been out of this world! I never would’ve thought so quickly I’d be able to say that these people are family. Since leaving the army 2 years ago I felt lost and the opportunity I was given at Power gave me my sense of purpose again.
Cons
From time to time I am gone from home for 10+ hours. Sometimes the stress can get a little overwhelming but there’s such a strong support group rallying behind you that the stress seems to fade.

Prepare for your life the change
May 15, 2023 - Customer Development Representative in Philadelphia, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Power is an incredible place to work. Over 2.5 years working at Power, my life has improved dramatically in many ways. The most notable to me is that I have developed genuine lifelong friendships with coworkers who have quickly become my best friends in the entire world. If you stick it out at Power and buy into the culture here, you’ll quickly realize that you are genuinely loved for simply being yourself and working hard.
Cons
Power can be a tough place to work depending on what role you are in. It quite simply hasn’t been an easy road for me over 2.5 years but I wouldn’t trade it for the world and struggle and difficulties create tough people who can make it through anything.

Pros
The employee culture in Power is truly one of a kind. It allows for people to grow inside and outside of the work place. There is such a culture of u selfishness which drives the entire company forward. Anybody and everybody is always willing to go out their way to help drive the company forward. It doesn’t matter whether you have been with the company for 10 year or 10 days, the entire company, including the upper management, you matter and everybody makes you feel that way. It’s easy to get caught up in the product that the company offers and say that you work in the remodeling industry, but honestly, it really wouldn’t have mattered what the company pursued. Power has the best intention to take care of every employee and give them the ultimate opportunity to succeed as long as you are willing to meet them there and put in the effort.
Cons
One downside of working for the company is that we work in the remodeling industry. I say that because traditionally, remodeling has a bad stigma for shoddily work and bad customer service. Being lumped in that steep-type can but unfair because it is truly not like that there.
