I worked at Power Home Remodeling full-time

    Pros

Power HRG is "a tech company that happens to be operating in the home-remodeling industry." With great leadership and positive employees, Power runs their business in a way that makes you feel as if you're back in high school on the varsity football team. This is because there is an unparalleled sense of collaboration and team-building within each department. Individual completion does exist but no employee is left out to dry when they underperform.

    Cons

None associated with the company itself. If you underperform, pick yourself up and work harder than before. Your coworkers and mentors will be happy to help you regain your confidence.

    Advice to Management

Continue to inspire and lead by example.

    Pros

Power allowed me to move to the city of my choice. They gave me a relocation bonus. Power has amazing all inclusive trip to Mexico at the end of the year. Everyone is in the same team, and no one will go behind your back to improve their situation. Overall, since I started working here 4 years ago, they have delivered on all their promises.

    Cons

There is no cons working for power

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay, great benefits, employees are well taken care of and accommodated. Since working at Power I have been able to achieve milestone goals I have set for myself, got my own place, health insurance and a car. As with any opportunity Power is what you make of it. What separates Power from other companies is that they support employees and have an excellent leadership core that helps you succeed, period. At no point during my two year tenure with the company have I felt as if I have "flown under the radar." The leadership at this company truly cares about their employees and wants you to succeed.

    Cons

Sometimes the long hours can be tiring.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to put employees first.

    Cons

There are so many benefits to working st power, the one Con I would say is the work load at times

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The first thing I noticed in my short time here is that all employees seems to get along. It creates a great work environment and provides not only motivation but also a positive learning experience for new employees. I would consider the training process to be another pro. I felt that the time given both in and out of the field provided new employees with an adequate and resourceful approach to learning the ropes.

    Cons

I do not have any cons about working at Power. Having only been here for about two weeks, I have yet to notice anything negative about either the job or the training process. I feel that everything has been positive thus far.

    Advice to Management

My only advice to management would be to continue playing such a large role in the training process for new employees. Having noticed the encouragement displayed by management, I felt not only more excited about the job but also felt provided with the support needed to do my job well.
