    Pros

good company with a lot of extra benefits. A leading power conversion company with mid level cap.

    Cons

none- I don't see too much growth and opportunities at this place. It's a good location for commuter coming from Morgan Hill or south from there.

    Advice to Management

    NA

I have been working at Power Integrations full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Stable company, fair compensation, reasonable work expectations (rarely have to work outside the usual 9 to 5), people are generally friendly

    Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement, somewhat stuck in the past, not very creative or forward-thinking when it comes to presenting the company to larger public, not open to non-traditional work situations (e.g., telecommuting)

    Advice to Management

Time to move into the 21st century.

  4. "There are a lot of managers at Power Integrations with long term employees. Engineers are treated very well here."

I worked at Power Integrations full-time

    Pros

Great office environment with some very nice, hardworking people who have been there a long time. They reward their long term employees verbally at each quarterly meeting.

    Cons

If you are not good in politics, you will not be a good fit for this culture, especially at the executive level. Its a put up or shut up culture. Don't make noise or else you will be "shushed".

    Advice to Management

Spend less time in COG meetings fighting with each other over nonsense and more time empowering your teams.
