I worked at PowerBar full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This was one of the best experiences in my life because of the products, people and leadership. We were a small group but turned the business from a disaster to one that grew both sales and profit. Even though its been over 3 years since Nestle moved the business to New Jersey, the 'ol gang still meets for lunch every month.

    Cons

The bigger Nestle company made it hard to get things done and slowed down the group.

    Advice to Management

Nestle made a mistake when they moved the business to New Jersey. Next time, listen to your local team, especially when you have a strong leader like Doreen.
