    Pros

None. There are no pros in working for such awful people!!! Get out of there as soon as you can and choose a company that appreciate your work.

    Cons

Horrible and disgusting company. The worst working experience of my entire career. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect otherwise you end up losing the good ones and you get stuck with the bad ones. Change your negative attitude!!

    Pros

    Good pay, that's about it.

    Cons

    Management is horrible.
    Many coworkers were horrible.
Provide little to no training, you are pretty much just thrown in to work and you have to learn everything on your own.

    Advice to Management

Please evaluate an employees performance and realize how hard they are working instead of being a dull emotionless manager.

    Pros

The only thing good about this place is the money, used to be even better money but then it got cut down. But still decent for the easiness of the job. Coworkers are mostly cool and nice.

    Cons

Customers can be sometimes very difficult. The products of this company are getting worse and worse every year. Management are terrible at this location.

    Advice to Management

Do your job first then you can tell others what to do.

    Pros

Great for your resume, salary is not great but ok, insurance and benefits are good. The products are nice although still to expensive, even with the employee discount.

    Cons

I've been there for a short period of time and have almost quit many times. Very micro managed and management is very unprofessional, rude and impolite. They make you work like a slave and treat employees like trash. Very cold environment and most people are very snotty. So many cons, don't have enough space to list everything.

    Advice to Management

You should start treating your employees like human beings and value them because without them you are nothing.
