    Pros

Honestly interested in your future with benefits that support unlimited growth.

A bit cumbersome and complex in knowing who's who and what's where. It must be extremely frustrating for customers.

Executive leadership listens and provides ample communication opportunities but I see a lot of "catchy" slogans meant to attract when reality is we're better as Pratt and Whitney; we just need to perform as such.

    Pros

Many opportunities to grow. Great educational benefits as well as medical and vacation benefits. Since the company is part of UTC you also have the opportunity to change companies.

    Cons

Very difficult to find any cons for Pratt & Whitney/UTC. They are a growing company. The employee review process is very cumbersome and time consuming.
