    The pay was good for this area

    Cons

    Toxic work environment. The "men" that work there are a bunch of whiny little babies. They gossip worse than old ladies in a hair salon.

    The pay was good and the benefits were above average.

    Cons

    Good Ol Boy system runs rampant. A lot of husbands and wives work together and some parents and kids.

    Pros

    Great people to work with, very good work environment. Company would pay bonus for completion of a degree and encouraged employees to take classes and training relevant to the job.

    Cons

    After being bought by United Technologies Company, the benefits became pretty stingy. The location where I worked was dealing with pretty old technology.
