I have been working at Praxair full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

You will learn new things if it's your first time hauling haz mat,401 k is not bad, free money, ,,but they can do better if it wasn't due to corporate greed.

    Cons

If you get hurt on the job, they will give you light duty, and keep u in house regardless of how bad your injury, and if continues to hurt it'll be weeks before you get X-rays, my advice, call 911 at the time of injury, it'll fall under workers comp, and at least you'll get it checked out by a professional instead of getting a Tylenol for the pain.

    Advice to Management

EQUALITY! !! Should be for everyone, not just Caucasians.
