    Challenging, but fair.
    Good career growth opportunities.

    Cons

    Pros

Great management, very low turnover, ability to contribute strategically even as a more entry-level employee. Saw reviews that PX is not changing with the times...but they are implementing new systems in various groups and configuring departments in the most effective way to be more in-tune with changing times. Amazing work-life balance with managers that actually take the time to invest in their employees well-being. Can definitely see the commitment to social responsibility, diversity & inclusion, safety, and environmental impact.

    Cons

    Benefits plans could be better...

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work with employee retention and training & development to ensure all employees feel as if they are as valuable as PX perceives them to be.

Well managed, disciplined operating company. Focused on being the most profitable industrial gas player in the industry. Distributed customer base stabilizes company's results and makes PX a steady performer in any market condition.

    Cons

Disciplined growth means it is sometimes difficult to expand into markets and areas in which the company is not already an established provider.

    Pros

What I enjoyed the most was the new skills and task that I acquired through on the job training working at Praxair was most valuable to me as a new employee. Now I'm certified in Hazmat, OSHA, DOT, Valve, and High Pressure cylinder fulfillment. The experience is priceless.

    Cons

The down side to working for Praxair Incorporated in the city of Vernon was that it was a temporary assignment.

    Advice to Management

Hiring me will definitely be a true asset to your company because I give 110% of effort and knowledge to all task that I perform. You can inquire about my job performance with my previous supervisor at Praxair in the city of Vernon. ( Diego Mestanza) 323585-2155
