    Don't do it!

    Pros

No pros come to mind. I needed a job, and I needed benefits to survive. This company doesn't care about employees and is unwilling to change and adapt because it doesn't have to. The aerospace industry in general is not willing to adapt due to the various monopolies/oligopolies enforced partially by government regulations and partially by other high barriers to entry.

    Cons

They'll work you to death if you let em. Prepare for your mental health to plummet. Multiple people I know who also worked here needed to seek mental health professionals because of how toxic the environment was. I was asked to break the law multiple times by my superiors while working here and had to stand up for myself almost daily to get them to back off. It just isn't worth it. This company deserves to go under.
