    Pros

Very few. Pay for most work supplies, tons of overtime available. Good health insurance.

    Cons

Poor work conditions, mis-managed with inexperienced supervisors and shift leaders. Overtime is mandatory and most corporate holidays you are expected to work. No balance for work and personal life. Lack of maintenance done to machines, more or less a 'break-fix' department. Machine operators do a lot of their own maintaining. The supplies they pay for are very cheap besides safety footwear. Pay is not great, most employees HAVE TO work the overtime to make ends meet and rely on bonuses. HR is a joke, if someone has an issue with another employee, the favored employee gets the benefit of the doubt for the issue at hand. Put it simply - overworked and under-paid employees causing some to be disgruntled and unpleasant whether they are good or bad workers and also too much favoritism occurring.

    Brutal Executive Leadership

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Frontline employees and professional employees not exposed to executive management can have a rewarding career.

    Cons

Executive management is brutal. This includes the CEO, President's and VP's. Use of irrational threats, intimidation and hostility is straight out of the 1940 management handbook. Average tenure of management can be measured in months, not years. Work life balance is of no concern and is ignored. Unachievable goals and objectives.

    Pros

    - Good pay - Good parking - Room for job growth due to high turnover in management - Good benefits - Good bonuses - A LOT to learn

    Cons

    - Bad work life balance (keep in mind - it's usually bad in this industry, but this place seems worse than normal) - They don't hire people, so work ends up not evenly distributed, employees get burnt out quickly and leave, making the problem worse
