Work in 28 days on 2 weeks off first half of the hitch will be days you'll have 12 hours off and then switch to two weeks and nights but you're going to be generously paid for all your hard work done you get paid per diem . The money is not just the best part of the job do you work you live eat with all the guys Ballin like a brothers.

    Cons

I worked at Precision Drilling full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Precision looked out for employees and helped with growing personal education and training.

    Cons

It was during the difficult time in Oil and Gas, but that is normal.

I worked at Precision Drilling full-time

    Pros

Great benefits and pay. This might have changed since the downturn in oil prices, but at the time, they were the most generous drilling contractor in this respect.

    Cons

Experience on rigs can vary widely. Lots of rigs owned by this contractor, so safety and morale on individual rigs can change alot.

    Pros

Amazing people to work with outside of managment. Great office hours.

    Cons

Upper Managment and Executive Management are all Canadian and only believe in doing things the canadian way despite where they are actually at. Can't get ahead without being from canada
