    Pros

Great growth opportunity, good compensation programs and company-paid benefits. Leadership believes in work/life balance.

    Cons

Oil and gas industry is currently difficult. Communication is occasionally lacking.

    Advice to Management

Present opportunities across the board - those that come from Canadian Ops seem to be presented with leadership opportunities more often.

I worked at Precision Drilling full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company over all. A lot of hands on learning and training. Great pay, and I loved getting two weeks off every month. Pros definitely out weigh the cons.

    Cons

Working all day or night out in the element. Working away from home for weeks at a time. A lot of rigs are unsafe, and don't have the tools you need to do your job.

    Advice to Management

Make sure every rig has all and proper tools. Visit rigs more often. Don't treat long term employees like they are new or insignificant. More random drug tests. Trust me!
