    Pros

Great opportunity to learn from each day's experiences and be rewarded for hard work. Approachable and humble leadership that encourage collaboration and having a voice.

    Cons

Always a lot of work to be done, but that really should be a pro for those interested in PGC.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to dole out feedback more. Otherwise, thank you for all you do!

I have been working at Precision Global Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The most amazing group of people and company I have ever worked for, after 10 years in the working world. Fun office environment, amazing benefits and perks, and most importantly, a work-life balance. The company takes the entire team to Haiti for humanitarian work, and the experience is invaluable. I wake up every day excited to go to work, and work on a new project for a new client. Also, having dogs in the office makes any stressful moment that much easier!

    Cons

There are no cons to working here, unless you actually dislike working.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on!

    Pros

Good team and generally stable business

    Cons

Numerous people fired unjustly during my time with the company and as stated in previous comments, the owner is very erratic and untrustworthy. Talk lot about values but when comes down to it don't follow through.

    Advice to Management

Learn to treat people fairly with dignity and respect.

    Pros

A lot of really hard working, good people.

    Cons

No appreciation of their internal employees, constant change based on leadership's mood and not always for the better.

    Advice to Management

Stop cutting corners and making changes immediately without thinking. Invest in your internal team's development and happiness.

I have been working at Precision Global Consulting full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nice people who care about their employees and other people in general. They have gone out of their way to help me several times.
Always responsive to my questions and concerns and quick in phone/email communications.
Transparent. Let you do your contract job in peace without any interference. You are in control of career, pay and life!
You should be (5+ years) experienced professional who knows her work and has no trouble finding assignments by yourself or with the help of a marketing agent. In any case you are the one who will do the interviews and the actual work so got to be prepared for the present day job market.
Great compensation, pay bi-weekly and on time, Great group healthcare benefits.

    Cons

Contracting has gotten harder because of sky high Visa and GC filing and amendment fees. But that has nothing to do with the company, does it? It still affects you incase you're still deciding between working on contract or fulltime.

    Advice to Management

Please keep running the company the same way you have always been!

    Pros

Entrepreneurial company with a tight-knit and exciting team atmosphere. Great location in Chelsea. Doing some cool things with charity. Bonuses for everyone. Team-building activities were fun. Opportunity to learn a bunch of different things. For example, I went from an "assistant" type, to managing some projects and getting to interface with clients even.

    Cons

Top heavy. Too many "Directors". In fact, more Directors than general employees, and they're all on a bit of an ego trip. The owner is a nice man, but was constantly firing and hiring and firing and hiring. Positions and titles change often. The majority of the people who were there at the end of 2013 are gone. And from what I heard when I got there, the majority of the people who were there at the end of 2012 were gone by end of '13. A lot of start, stop. New "programs" would "launch" and then be killed within weeks. There's really no one in the NY office who knows how to manage a team of people.

    Advice to Management

Figure out what you want to do and where you want to go, and do that. Don't have so many "managers" in such a small company.
