I worked at Precision Medicine Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Work with very smart people. Co-workers were great and some positions allow the opportunity to work remotely.

    Cons

It's definitely the most reactive, disorganized unprofessional environment that I've ever worked in. There is no training, no tools, professionals are non-responsive on projects and when they do finally respond, incomplete and/or inaccurate information is provided. This job was a complete nightmare that sucked time out of my life that I'll never get back. The unprofessionalism and finger pointing is mind blowing. I...

I have been working at Precision Medicine Group full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Work from home. That's about it.

      Cons

Since I started working here there have been multiple colleagues leaving some give two weeks done just up and leave. People can't even last a year with this company. Those that do are overworked, unhappy, stressed and just horrible people. I've had colleagues literally crying because of their jobs here. I myself have cried multiple times. I'm miserable here. I regret the day I ever took this job. In order to move up you...

      Advice to Management

I really wish none of you were ever managers. Just do the world a favor and never manage people or a company.

I have been working at Precision Medicine Group full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Absolutely f*cking none. At all.

      Cons

      Poor management. Even worse attitudes.

      Advice to Management

Hire new people that don't openly show bias and actually have the skills to do their job.

I have been working at Precision Medicine Group full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Project teams get to work with many clients, work on new and innovative technical projects, and work with interesting and promising up-and-coming companies.

      Cons

To say that the culture at PFM is reactive instead of proactive would be an understatement. From the start, projects and project teams are set up for failure because executives oversell and do anything to please the clients. Teams are faced with unrealistic breadth of work but must keep clients and management happy at all times. So, employees have to resort to saving themselves by blaming others or submitting poor quality...

      Advice to Management

Take a hard look at management and fix the reactive, toxic culture from the top. Please your people as much as you try to please your clients. Employees want to succeed - help them to succeed, allow them to succeed. Invest time and resources into addressing problems from the source instead of patching them. Put energy into building new systems and structure. Reward problem-solving and critical thinking.

I worked at Precision Medicine Group

      Pros

      A paycheck I suppose, that's about it

      Cons

Not what it used to be prior to the Merger. One advice - run for the hills! They do not care about their employees, micromanagement, no work-life balance, favoritism in full display, back stabbing mentality and complete disregard for your experience and what you bring to the table. Additionally, titles were deduced to nothingness. They have lost great employees who went above and beyond for their company.

      Advice to Management

They do not deserve any advice. Good riddance!
