    Pros

    Great pay and great insurance.

    Cons

    Terrible management especially at the location I worked at. Very selfish and not helping to any of the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Please realize that many people rely on you to be helpful and have positive responses to their feedback.

    Money is great. Some awesome co-workers.

    Cons

    Waaay too many forced overtime hours. The more u know the more u do.

    Pros

    It's a pay check although you can't base a life on it . The people on the line are great most of them are helpful

    Cons

    Leadership is pitiful they have there favorites that's who will work all the overtime and make big money you have to pay high dollar for health insurance . They say you are going to get bounes but when the time comes oops we made a mastake we put numbers in wrong spot nothing for you But the management gets there's

    Advice to Management

    Stop p'ing down or boots and telling us it's raining. We are grown men and women stop b.s us tell us the truth stop the madness already

    Pros

    Pay is good benefits are o.k. good overtime. Production workers are good to work with.

    Cons

    Lack of leadership no parts to work with. Never no what days your off it changes constantly . No training. No advancements

    It's a JOB. Has insurance benefits.

    Cons

    Poor Pay, Unethical. Treats employees like slaves. NO HR support. Absolutely the worst Company I've ever worked for when it comes to management. They will lie directly to your face.

    Learn ethics and morals. It might be business but the people are the real assets.
