    Pros

Great atmosphere and industry to work in. Employees are people friendly and goal oriented.

    Cons

Advancement to Management is a long road unless you are in the buddy system. Pay was not what it should have been. A lot o restructuring kept money in managements pockets.

    Pros

They offer Good benefits with Helath, 401k, etc. Great brands to sell to restaurants and bars, both liquor and wine.

Pay is just ok, long hours and priorities change on a dime. Management sometimes does not listen to sales reps issues and just want things done no matter what.

I have been working at Premier Beverage Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You will have the opportunity to work with some great, hard working employees. The brands are top notch making them easy to sell.

    Cons

The sales force receives very little support and recognition. Leadership is borderline abusive, expecting work 7 days per week while inviting the office staff to take off early to enjoy the holidays.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees fairly and consistently. Understand who is driving your business.

I worked at Premier Beverage Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Longevity, great health benefits, some of the best health care plans. The office staff is a great group of people, some of the best I've ever known.

    Cons

Pay scale is low - really needs to be inline with current median pay
HR Department could use better people skills, and tends to side on management and very cold to employees
Senior management is very sneaky, people pretend to be your friend to your face but in turn they are trying to back stab you or will eventually.
There is only advancement if your are Friends with someone or relative or you've kissed enough butt- ALOT of NEPOTISM

    Advice to Management

Provide more opportunities too your administrative staff for advancement. Listen to lower level staff when they complain, chancces are they've experienced something you may be unaware of.

Don't be so disconnected to your employees
