    Coming from owning my own large business with 150 employees serving corporate accounts, I have seen many advantages over trying to run your own business without any help or paying high franchise fees. You get constant one on one mentoring to guide you in our business. Most of us start part time until we become confident and are earning the income to build our business full time. I have found the upside in income is very high and well worth your effort.

    Cons

    You need to get rid of old habits and make room /time for new habits if you want to be successful.

    Advice to Management

    I like the fact that Mgt is always improving the product line so we have a top line product offering that truly helps the consumer.

    Cannot think of any pros! No training, only teach you how to grab ppl and trick them into buying high coverage insurance policies with premiums that they cannot afford, and advise them to do so with other ppl so as to earn money to cover their own premium.

    Stop doing the unethical things!

    Constant high quality training ok both products and marketing system so you can be up to speed in no time! The financial products are life changing.

    No base salary and very hard for people who are shy.

    I start this opportunity part time last year. I am a small business owner with no experience in financial industry. This year I become full timer. I love the company, I love the culture . In 12 months, with full support from all leaders in the company, I am able to achieve my income goals , (which is 6 figits), and become Director in the company. This is a great opportunity for a single, handful mom with 4 young chirldren like me.

    Great people, unlimited money.
    A lot of energy in the company. The numbers in this company never lie. Great recruiters will be very successful in PFA .

    Cons

    The company makes it challenging to hit goals but it builds and makes everyone better. If you don't like interacting with people, this business will be really hard .
