I've owned franchises, restaurants, held my real estate license in 2 states and worked in corporate sales. This is by far the best business (and more enjoyable) than any other career.
Cons
It's not a get rich overnight scheme. This is a business for someone who is serious about creating a great income and financial independence. It's working beautifully for me!

They require quite a bit of sweat equity for one to be successful, which isn't necessarily a con, unless one lacks ambition and a work ethic!

Pros
Life changing opportunity. Leadership to guide anyone that want to live the kind of life they want. Learning from extraordinary people. CEO and chairman who pours their hearts to make you feel you too matter. Leadership that works so hard to get you to win in life. PFA is a place where anyone that does not have financial background can do extraordinary in this field. PFA has change my life, because I do the kind of job to serve not just money driven. From working 3 minimum wage jobs and not seeing my kids PFA has given me the income and time I wanted.
Cons
If you’re lazy you cannot make it in PFA. If you don’t want to follow instructions you cannot make it in PFA. This is a true business and it takes time to build it up.

I have time for my family more than ever! Our CEO Mr. david Carrol & the executive chairman Jack Wu treats us like family! Rex Wu our CTO( chief Training Officer) always makes sure that we follow compliance and get very well trained by him! With this company I feel very secure and I’m 100% sure that I’m doing the correct and best for our clients!

They have a hands on training program that makes it possible for people without prior experiences to learn the proper way to help families achieve their financial goals. PFA is a company that focuses on developing strong leadership and making sure compliance is followed at all times.
Cons
Must obtain a state license which may not be easy for some to obtain. Requires hard work and extreme dedication in order to get ahead. Most people are not willing to devote the time or discipline to reach their goals.

Opportunity to grow professionally as an independent sales associate and option to build an organization within the company for potential passive income.
Cons
Results can be highly individualized. Not a salary job, income is offered to licensed associates only. Since it is a 1099 career, there is no employment benefits offered such as Health Insurance.

I joined in PFA 2021 and I can say I am very happy with the company crusade. In PFA I am not learning and providing the solution for my clients but what I learn is about the system, the people in PFA. I was really bad at team work but now I enjoy team work. Teamwork can make me go further and get me to connect with people. In PFA, we are strictly compliance on what we do and we follow the compliance. I think PFD does that pretty well compared to other companies. Thanks PFA

There are a lot of training that needs to cut off so we can focus on the field.
