    Pros

Premier is a fairly new company growing at a high rate. The Owner and management know the industry very well. The sales staff is very aggressive.

    Cons

The pay is lower than the average company, but other than that they are a good company to work for. They have good people working for them.

    Pros

You work maybe 32 hours a week, all holidays and days not seemed necessary to work you don't get paid for.

    Cons

Management lies directly to you. Customer complaints are not rectified, and owner is only looking out for himself. Employees have no benefits, no paid time off, no holidays, and are forced to work 32 hours a week at an HOURLY rate

    Advice to Management

DO NOT lie to employees about prices, learn how to lead and not follow. Stop being afraid to constructively criticize owner and learn to manage employees. Take care of employees, Do what you say you're going to do. Don't continue to run unethical business!

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    can't think of anything positive

    Cons

Low morals, asks employees to lie, sells low end junk, horrible ethics. Will change expiration dates on products , mix faulty material in with good material to get rid of it. Had to change name recently due to tough circumstances. Owner has had to pay out big money in past lawsuits. Sheer number of employees that are in and out should be a red flag to anyone.

    Advice to Management

How about a course on business ethics.

I worked at Premier Industrial Supply full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Aggressive growth for a start-up.

    Cons

If your ethics are high, don't work here. You will be lied to and/or asked to lie. This is not a customer focused or employee focused company and anyone, whether customer or employee, is expendable.

    Advice to Management

Ethical standards need to be adhered to in all aspects of the company....Human resources, products, customer relations.
