      Pros

      Cons

Micromanagement and zero communication. No opportunities for growth no matter how qualified or how much you have earned it. After 5 years no growth at all. HR nonexistent and leadership is terrible.

Great Benefits But Not So Good Leadership

      Dec 22, 2021 - Anonymous Employee

      Pros

Good Benefits. Pay is okay. People tend to be awesome to work, learn, and grow with. So many amazing people who are willing to share their knowledge and experiences to help make the team better.

      Cons

Favoritism is the leadership style. Advancement seems opportunities are not always rooted in the recipient having earned them. And those that should have earned them are often left out. Core values are just lip service and only used to penalize the fed up employee, but not something that one sees readily in daily interactions. Diversity and inclusivity is also lacking.

One of the worst working place on this planet

      Pros

They pay on time technical support have quick and good responce Colleagues are trying to communicate nice with you.

      Cons

Work, work, work ballance. No life ballance. 3 months delay period if you want to quit the company. Extremely poor management with mindset from before 10-20 years. Extremely high quitting rate. IF there is a positive comments for this company, this is probably because someone wants to make a good repotation from the management/HRs. You need to ask for everything that is changed during time, because there is no group meetings to know about new changes and how to deal with them. Short deadlines. No task management - you can receive 5-10 tasks this month, who are enough for 3 months forward and no one don't care that you have so much tasks. Very difficult to take leave days All my colleagues have too much work - so If I need help is very difficult to receive it. Extremely poor, onboarding process with a lot of gaps. technical changes almost every month who are interrupting your workflow, no one don't tell you about them. You need to adapt almost every week/month to some technical changes to do your daily tasks. Micromanagement - they can reject your task completion because you have one missing '-' in ti title. Very often typo errors can bring you back 3-4 times your work because of quality control. Typo errors are not your mistake, but no one don't care. If you are in this company for 3-4 months you are a hero. if you are in this company 4-12 months - what keeps you here?

Good company trying to do the right things

      Nov 1, 2021 - Senior Project Manager

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Premier is a good company that in the last few years has been trying very hard to move things in the right direction. Lots of ups and downs, but overall a good place to work - most managers are very visible and really do want employees to thrive and be supported. Lots of opportunities for career growth. Remote work not a problem and a lot of flexibility in schedule is allowed. Paid time off is generous and you are encouraged to take it. Most employees are good to work with, very nice and knowledgeable in their respective areas.

      Cons

Often overworked. Lots of turnover in management and teams recently, so a lot of very green employees. Longtime employees are suffering in the meantime while company tries to hire and onboard leading to even more turnover. Quality suffers when workloads are too high. Some poor managers in recent years. No transparency around salary, and no bonuses for regular employees. Performance review process is still terrible, even though they have tried to overhaul it recently.

      Leadership to avoid

      Dec 7, 2021 - Learning Manager
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Salary, the compensation was competitive. CRO and Pharma pay well, this is why drugs and/or devices are expensive to develop.

      Cons

I could share 100 reasons why you should not work for this company. Here are some considerations: Look at their turnover. it's a strong business model, but the culture and leadership drive people away or the task is impossible and they 'fire you'. If you worked at Q, Quintiles or IQIVIA, you should apply. You are a shoe in. If you worked anywhere else, you will never be good enough. It is a good old boys' network or a clique. Senior leadership is predominately white male from Quintiles. It is a very TOP down driven organization. Hierarchical. Where is the "People Person" on the corporate leadership page of the website? No reference to people leadership, Human Resources. Leadership manages by intimidation and the people people are not valued nor empowered. It is a very cut throat organization and you need to watch your back closely.
