Pros
None in the last few years.
Cons
Do not work here... I used to love working here and say I was proud of this company but to watch the way this company has handled themselves during trying times shows what lack of actual qualified leadership they have at the top. In the last 6 months this company has done 3 different layoffs and yet has not cut anyone at the top. They have a ton of people with inflated titles and are cutting the recruiters that actually make them money. This is a family business so if you are connected to the Founder or have the right connections your job will be safe. The finance team is fully stacked and for a company that is doing massive layoffs given the lack of revenue it is quite a curious situation. They took on this massive project called 'Ajna' and used all of the money from Premier to fund it.. have you ever heard of Ajna? Probably not because it's been years and never even got off the ground. This company needs to take a good hard look in the mirror and realize in order to run a business you need to make tough decisions and have actually qualified people at the top. Mom and Pop "we're a family business" mantra after 20+ years isn't going to keep you in business.

During your four years with Premier, we've achieved significant successes and overcome tough challenges together. Your contributions have been invaluable, and we know you also grew a lot during your tenure. You're now well-equipped to share your expertise with others and what a blessing for us both. We wish you the greatest success and please know that we are always here if you need us.

Pros
The people you work with
Cons
MANY! This place puts people in leadership roles that have no idea what they’re doing. They roll out processes without proper training or understanding of how it can affect the business as a whole. Even if you go above and beyond, don’t think you’d be valued for those efforts. They eliminate all the men from the roles except family members. If you want to know if this is true, please go to their website and look under “our people”. All women. This is a sexist company. I’m happy to burn this bridge. It’s a bridge not worth crossing again.

Thank you for your honest and candid feedback. Going through a reduction in staff is challenging on many levels and we understand your frustration. We are proud to be a women-owned business that attracts strong business minded women and men. We take our diversity hiring very seriously and prioritize skills, experience, and qualifications in hiring. This focus has led to greater diversity in our organization, which can't simply be measured by gender alone. Company leadership cares deeply about this particular topic and we continue to prioritize our efforts to create a strong sense of inclusion within all teams. We thank you for your feedback and for your valuable contributions to Premier.
