I have been working at Premium Retail Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, ability to work from home. The people in other offices seem nice and down to earth,

    Cons

People in the office where I work makes the environment feel like a sorority. If you do not fit in with their clique or if you stand up for yourself, they try to find ways to weed you out or make you want to quit. They can not admit to anything wrong they do and place blame on others making it hard for one to move up in the company. Also, the training and communication could improve. My training was three days of waiting while my manager hardly had time to show me anything. Afterword's, I taught myself as I started creating and managing jobs. There were also many broken promises and the people seem very secretive.

    Advice to Management

Get both sides of the story if there is an issue in office to resolve it. Have better communication and training. I did not have proper training and the lack of communication made it very hard to do my job especially when I keep getting negative feedback as if it is my fault when they do not communicate changes or entire promotions.

I have been working at Premium Retail Services full-time

    Pros

They pay you every two weeks.

    Cons

We've been working for 7 months, and have not met our direct supervisor.
No room for growth unless you are from Missouri.
Very low, below industry standard, pay.
You are expected to work 45-50 hours as a salary employee.
Constantly threatening to use vacation days or they will take them away, even though it is illegal to do that our state.

    Advice to Management

Agencies such as yours are the main reason why wages keep going down for the average hard-working American. I would advise t change the culture, but judging on our interaction for the last seven months, I don't think there's anyone there to listen.

Let us do our jobs. How about actual days off with no requirement to be available by phone or email.
