    Pros

    Recruiting is an entrepreneurial type of work. I can plan for my daily work on my own with no micro management. The pay is reasonable.

    Cons

    The applicant tracking system should be upgraded!

    Pros

    Co-workers are smart and like to help new staff. I feel supportive working here. The clients of the firm are top-tier companies. I have learned a lot since working here.

    Cons

    Working hour is 9 to 6. It could be more flexible

    Pros

    the only thing good is the colleagues quite funny.

    Cons

    Super low salary, the HR is rude and speak broken language, and many more.

    Advice to Management

    Please hire a better HR/Recruiter as they are the brand ambassador of the company.

    You can learn stuff from your worker and they are really friendly.

    The pay are low. Learn and move on!!

    I worked at Premium Technology as a contractor

    Pros

    A good intern place for those fresh graduate who don't have any working experience to start their careers.

    Cons

    Bad leadership, bad management, high pressure but low pay, often have to work overtime or even stay up late. More importantly: not a good environment to move your career into a higher level.

    Advice to Management

    Be nice to all your employees, they are not machines.

    Pros

    No management. Low wage. Terrible Boss who need go anger management.

    Chance to talk to client even you don't have any experience.
    First job for temp is ok.

    Minimum wage. No benefits. No room to grow. Dead end.

    Pros

    You get exposed to all the aspects of your job. Lower management has been very helpful. Learning experience-wise was good

    Cons

    The work culture is traditional. Environment is Asian. Senior management simply lacks in skills. Pay rate on the low side.
