    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Presbyterian Healthcare Services

    Pros

large organization with many diverse departments and healthcare opportunities

    Cons

Terrible benefits! Very expensive and many hidden copays and coinsurance charges. Management is poorly trained and a lot of finger pointing, and HR is big on "turning the other cheek" when it comes to employee complaints about management.

    Advice to Management

Abide by the policies you claim to enforce, more importantly your EGG promises with regards to employees. Revamp and get more in depth with managing regional facilities, one in particular has poor, intimidating, and ego-driven upper mgmt/clinical site direction.
