I have been working at Presbyterian Healthcare Services full-time for more than 10 years

      Pros

Benefits, Paid Time Off, lots of areas to work

      Cons

Benefits very costly, work life balance not there. Favoritism and bullying by some management and no resolution from HR. Senior support not there when you take concerns

      Advice to Management

Return to making employees as much of a priority as you want your customers to be. Support your employees by mentoring and supporting growth. Upper management needs to look at the entire picture and not just the financial situation. Understanding that we are a non profit org but people that work for the Org mean something to. Embrace those that loved what Mrs. Vann helped to keep going for years. Not discard your employees...
