    Pros

Some excellent co-workers and some residents are appreciative.

    Cons

The people in administration do not care about their employees. They never show us any appreciation. Everything that is done is done for the benefit of their pockets.

I worked at Presbyterian Village North full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The team developed its own report and is very strong. Though you need to really think twice if your not really religious.

    Cons

The staff don't get equal treatment as per vacation, holidays off or pay.

    Advice to Management

If you want to establish growth. There has to be less turn over.

Great benefits, good environment, the staff was very friendly. Walking into Presbyterian Village North everyone will say hello and treat you like family.

    Cons

There is a lot of construction going on. The construction causes some parking issues and confusion.

The management did a great job. Everyone was caring not only to the employees but the residents.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Presbyterian Village North full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My staff was the best. They worked so hard for an embarrassing amount of pay. Of course the residents were precious but I did not have time to bond with them. A handful of staff were nice and I enjoyed being salary. That's all

    Cons

I've heard of Micro Managing but I've never seen it done like this. They crushed my spirit. My director was too busy to properly train me but then criticize when the job was not done properly. There's a pyramid of friends running the place and are willing to fire anyone that gets in their way even if it's unscrupulous.

    Advice to Management

Clean house at the top and let the employees do their job. Oh and stop treating the healthcare residents like 2nd class citizens
