I worked at Prescott Realty Group (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Management is behind the employees. Beer o'clock after quarter end. Asset managers are actually attentive

    Cons

High workload - could use more accountants

    Advice to Management

    Better bonuses.

    Pros

Open door policy with ability to be heard by Senior Management in the event you are not happy with the outcome from Personnel or Supervisor. Really care about employees and company.

    Cons

Senior management team most times not in agreement on critical issues; however, isn't this every place? Although they sometimes miss a step, they always try their hardest to do their best by their employees and the company. Very true to their mission and committed to the industry.

    Advice to Management

Don't just appreciate upper management but realize just how important the little guy is. Don't take judgement of one person and make a decision but take opinions and input of many (trusted and not so trusted). Employees know you don't always have the answer and respect that - - don't make them feel stupid for caring or not being on the "A" team.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The benifits are good in this economy. There are great employees (not management) in this company and you make great conections with vendors.

    Cons

Hiring on a new manager with an excessive sallary instead of promoting within after employees have gone above and beyond to hold the property together. Giving paycuts with a date of return and passing date with no explanation.

    Advice to Management

To look within for advancement. Not to expect employees to be loyal to managment if management does not take care of employees.
