Pros
There are some strong TL's. In this org. you live and die by your TL. If you have a good one, you will be happy and supported. Work from home is a great benefit.
Cons
There are some horrible TL's. PG needs to pay attention to who they are and get rid of them. They are crushing morale. Sales is clueless and ready to pounce on their colleagues at any moment. Broken culture. Lots of unhappy people. New system is chaos. Work from home is now going away for the most part. What's the point of sticking around? It was the only remaining benefit except for the low pay.
