    Cons

you will need a tough skin to be able to handle some of the customers.

    Advice to Management

more positive feed back to the agents for what they do.

    I have been working at Press-One full-time

    Pros

They are extremely good at working with you to make your schedule fit your life. Give them your availability and they can make a schedule that works for you. They promote from within and provide a lot of opportunity to grow within the company. The pay schedule and incentives allow you to rally earn what you deserve and increase your weekly pay take home money!!

    Cons

I don't really have any cons to point out.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and continue to help your employees succeed.

I have been working at Press-One full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people here are great to work with and very helpful. I've met alot of interesting people at this job.

    Cons

I have thought hard on this subject and at this time I can not think of any cons.

I have been working at Press-One part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

All of the management is easy to communicate with and very supportive of eachother and their employees, it has made for one of my favorite employment experiences to date

    Cons

There is no opportunity for night shifts if that is a concern of yours, mostly focused on morning and into the afternoon. Also can certainly expect the work load to be repeatative and yet every customer service interaction is different and has the potential for frustration, but nothing overwhelming if you have previous experience with similar work.

    Advice to Management

If I had any advice for management at all it would be to implement regular trainings like calibrations to establish and maintain a more defined standard of performance, but it doesn't seem to be vital or a noticeable void.

I worked at Press-One (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hours flexible , A wonderful group of Co workers.

    Cons

No stability , Pay is not good, Incentives can be taken at any time. Management is poor and extremely mismanaged .

    Advice to Management

Stop sending emails and deal with the subscribers request then and there. 3 min is not enough time to provide good service, Care about the client and not the money you will earn. Then you will earn more.

    Pros

This is a great work place with sophisticated call center technology, modern furnishings, clean and spacious restrooms, and an employee break room which hosts wifi connectivity, netflix, and two recently installed Keurig coffee makers. Our owner Andy barbecues burgers and hot dogs for the employees on Fridays as an additional perk, and there is a yellow-shelf book library where books can be left or picked up, and lockers to deposit belongings. PCI compliance means a safe, secure workplace where upward mobility and incentives are available to anyone with focus and drive.

    Cons

The workplace is great, but the type of work can become tedious. Although work hours start early, and because I ride the bus, sometimes I am missing out on higher call volume do to logistical limitations.

    Advice to Management

I would advise the management to retain its position on employee relations as our personal needs are being well met by current procedure.

    I worked at Press-One full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's a nice environment, with help in almost every corner. I loved being able to help customers with any kudos or complaints.

    Cons

Honestly, the only thing I had an issue with was outbound calls, but it's a call center so you can't expect any different. It just wasn't my forte.

I have been working at Press-One part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A pay check, nothing more. Work on a variety of "campaigns". Variety of people. Nothing really much more than that.

    Cons

They will work you to death, and make any bonus hard to get with ridiculous ever changing requirements. This is how they keep from paying the bonuses they advertise to get you in the door. They have a high turn over rate due to this. And you are a body to them, not a person.

    Advice to Management

Treat people better. Don't have such ridiculous requirements that can't be met. And I'm gone first chance I get a better job.

    Pros

Overall Press-One has allowed me to move up to a Operations position within the company. I moved up fast and they presented me with a lot of opportunities and experience in management.

    Cons

In my position I am expected to do about 5 jobs at once and it is often times overwhelming. I wish there was more management support for operations.

    Advice to Management

Give call center operations more help.
