I have been working at Prestige Financial full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They truly care about their employees. Upper management is approachable and in tune. Pay is great. Everyone is kind and respectful. Opportunity for advancement. They care about you and your family. They do volunteer projects to help their community. Provide a lot of fun perks, including a wellness program.

    Cons

Parking can be a challenge on some days, but they offer free Frontrunner/ Trax passes and shuttle. I can't come up with any other cons.

    Advice to Management

    You're doing great!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at Prestige Financial full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I started working here a little under one year ago and I have loved this job. The atmosphere has been such a change from the other places that I have worked. My boss has shown me respect and has allowed me to learn the business and grow without micro managing or being overbearing. I think the great atmosphere trickles down from Senior Management, they are just as concerned about the well-being of their employees as they are about making money. They are constantly giving away awards for top performers that make you feel appreciated. They listen to Ideas and if there is anything that is bothering you they have an open door policy.

In the short amount of time that I have been here I have seen everyone in my department be able get new responsibilities that help them grow their careers. Prestige is growing quickly and they like to hire from within so I know that there will be many opportunities in the future. There is a low turnover rate and so I think that the other employees here share my beliefs that this is a great place to work.

    Cons

The intersection that the building is on is a little confusing the first time you drive there.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I have been working at Prestige Financial full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Clean building, nice parking lot.

    Cons

No supervision, no guidance. The collectors have to harass the customers if they want to keep their jobs. Women that work here must be a size 2 and wear 5 inch heels to work EVERY day. Very sexest place to work. They get away with murder at Prestige, they treat their employees awful and harass the customers. This company has a big turn around, people quit...because they hate it here

    Advice to Management

Fire all the managers and bring in new blood. Management is not approachable!!! Make the place more customer friendly, and less harassment. Give your employees the benefit of the doubt. If you harass your customers this bad, can you imagine how s employees we feel???

I worked at Prestige Financial full-time

    Pros

Prestige treats their employees really well. They provide free lunches frequently and a lot of incentive to do well.

    Cons

They would very obviously pull people in for raises. They promote from within which is good but when they have no better option they go with whoever is there. Not always a good idea. The term AVP is used loosely.

    Advice to Management

Not everyone needs to be an AVP. Be more discreet with promotions on the floor. Take constructive criticism.
